Are you constantly juggling the demands of the professional world while striving to maintain fulfilling relationships? Despite outward appearances, do you sense that something significant is missing? Is your day consumed by meeting the needs of others—your children, partner, colleagues, or family—leaving little time for self-care or personal fulfillment? It may feel challenging to be present, relaxed, and connected when restlessness overtakes your body or worries plague your mind. Together, we will delve into the root causes of your stress, unearth limiting beliefs, and develop effective coping strategies.

It's time to prioritize your well-being and reclaim control over your life. Through a compassionate and collaborative therapeutic approach, I will empower you to cultivate self-awareness, enhance resilience, and establish healthy boundaries. Together, we will navigate challenges, unlock your inner strengths, and foster positive change.

Drawing from my personal journey as a mother, being part of a mixed-race relationship, and living in Uruguay, I strive to connect with your unique path and cultural background. I invite you to reach out to me, without any obligation, so we can discuss your goals and determine if we're a good fit. I'm thrilled to connect with you and support you on your path.

Additionally I offer a unique healing journey utilizing the Safe and Sound Protocol for sound therapy designed for deep restoration of the nervous system. The SSP is a 5-hour evidenced based auditory intervention developed by Dr. Stephen Porges (Author of The Polyvagal Theory). This healing sound journey is designed to activate the social engagement system, the SSP accelerates and enhances therapeutic outcomes. Additionally, the SSP supports physiological state regulation, which allows for greater resilience so we can better respond to life's challenges. The SSP may be helpful in reducing symptoms and supporting overall health and resiliency, especially people seeking support for:

  • Depression and anxiety

  • Neurodevelopmental differences like autism, hyperactivity and attention issues

  • Learning difficulties

  • Sensory processing differences

  • Trauma history

Other Important Notes:

  • Can be delivered in person or remotely

  • Works alongside other therapies such as talk therapy, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

  • For individuals, couples, or parent child dyads
