Coping Skills and Self Care
Registered Associate Marriage & Family Therapist #103436
Under the supervision of Andrea Najemy LMFT #90985
My passion is working with college students, adults, and couples. I help clients navigate the parts of their life that are feeling particularly difficult. You may be feeling stuck in life, experiencing anxiety and depression, or having issues within your relationship. You may also just be feeling off without knowing where to even start. These are typical starting points for many clients and challenges that can be addressed in therapy. Working together is an opportunity to explore your feelings and the type of relationship you want both with yourself and with others.
I believe that you are the expert of your life, and with support, can feel empowered to live it just the way you want. I take an integrative approach to therapy, which means that I view you as a unique individual who needs more than a one size fits all approach. I draw mostly from relational, client-centered, solution-focused, and emotion-focused therapy modalities. My clients describe me as warm, supportive, compassionate, and collaborative. They also mention that I ask thoughtful questions to support them in diving deeper.
Want to know more? I am always happy to answer questions, so feel free to contact me for a free 15 min phone consultation. I am also an out-of-network provider who will file all insurance claims for you!
I look forward to the possibility of working together.
