Kristina Fyrwald

Associate Social Worker#98994

Under the Supervision of Amber Keating LCSW #22838

My passion is to help clients challenge negative/limiting beliefs holding them back from the life they want. Have you felt held back from fully enjoying your life due to anxiety, uncomfortable feelings, and dysfunctional patterns of  behavior? Do you feel stuck and unsure how to make things better? Clients experiencing these challenges find our work together to be very productive. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults and families, including those who have a loved one experiencing an eating disorder or substance use addiction. I have worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, eating disorders, addiction, self-esteem, relationship, familial and work issues.

I provide a nurturing, supportive space to assist clients in raising awareness into areas of their life they would like to heal. I utilize a person-centered approach to meet clients where they are and put their goals first. I believe that the quality of our life relies on the quality of our relationships, so I utilize attachment focused therapies as well.

Interested in speaking with me? I offer free 15-minute phone consultations to assess if working together would be a good fit. I am also an out of network provider who will file all insurance claims for you! I look forward to the possibility of working together! It would be an honor to guide you toward more fulfillment in your life.
