My clients reach out to me to overcome hopelessness, panic, overwhelming anxiety, or complicated transitions in their lives. I specialize in anxiety, relationship issues, parenting, PTSD, ADHD, and therapeutic aspects of medication management. I am passionate about helping others take the steps to nurture the important relationships in their lives and help them look inward to achieve personal growth and awareness. I enjoy working with young adults, adults, couples, and parents of young children. I am passionate about identifying solutions to help you achieve your goals and live a more fulfilling life.
As someone with more than ten years of experience working in the mental health field, I understand the ups and downs that life presents. My approach to therapy includes creating a safe, socially-considerate, nonjudgmental space to help my clients feel supported. I collaborate with them to set goals, contemplate alternative perspectives, and develop new skills. My style is curious, warm, and empathetic while balancing accountability with validation.
I am currently accepting clients both in person or via Telehealth. Our office is out-of-network with PPO insurance plans, however, we provide a unique concierge billing service. Depending on your insurance plan, you may be reimbursed directly from your insurance company. My team and I handle all of the claims and follow up with any issues so that you don’t have to!
I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to see if we are a good fit. Send me an email and I will get back to you as soon as possible. I look forward to helping you live a more fulfilling life.
