LAUREN CROMER
Registered Associate Marriage & Family Therapist #120300
Registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor #8237
Under the supervision of Andrea Najemy, LMFT #90985
I offer a compassionate and accepting space for my clients to explore the stress and struggles that keep them from becoming who they want to be. My clients often tell me my ability to make sessions fun as well as a deep emotional experience has made them really enjoy the therapeutic process. I utilize Mindfulness, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) techniques to support progress. I work with children (8+), teens and young adults. Through my previous work in a school environment, I understand the benefits of working collaboratively with faculty and parents in addition to the client themselves.
I’m passionate about helping children, teens and young adults through emotional difficulties resulting from grief, life changes, strained peer and family relationships, bullying, depression and anxiety. I work with clients to learn to accept and cope with their emotions in productive ways that empower them to live a fulfilled life connected to their values.
If you are looking for a therapist who is genuinely interested in getting to know you then I invite you to reach out to schedule a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation. I meet with clients Monday through Thursday.
