I am passionate about helping my clients navigate daily stressors that may be impacting their relationships, sleep, eating habits, and self-esteem. Using a collaborative approach, I will work with you to develop strategies to live your most fulfilling, meaningful life. My clients tell me I offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental presence. I ask insightful questions and offer new perspectives while always remaining your advocate and providing unconditional support. I enjoy working with young adults and Millennials.
During sessions, I am an active participant in helping you identify and address patterns that may be contributing to your stress or unhappiness. I utilize a variety of approaches to support progress and growth, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, attachment-based therapy, and psychodynamic theory.
