Taylor is an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist who has a passion for working with eating disorders and exercise addiction. She has honed her skills in treating disordered eating at residential treatment centers. Taylor enjoys working with emerging adults ages 18-23, older adults, and elders as individuals, couples, or families. Taylor will be working in the Manhattan Beach and Santa Monica offices.
In Taylor’s own words:
“I am enthusiastic and passionate about bringing people closest to the most pure and honest versions of themselves through understanding, insight, and acceptance so they have the freedom for connection, enjoyment, and prosperity in a better world. I often incorporate therapeutic techniques from interpersonal, family systems, and culturally-informed treatments.”
Taylor graduated from Pepperdine University with a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology and an emphasis in Marriage & Family Therapy.
Taylor is also trained in Gottman Level 1.
Gottman Level 1 is an acquisition of tools to help couples manage conflict successfully.
