I am an avid believer that mental health is a vital component of a successful and joyful life. My approach to therapy includes a collaborative process in which individuals can successfully work through their most difficult struggles. I am passionate about working with teenagers, college students, athletes, and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, relationships, life transitions, and peri/postpartum experiences. I believe that there is no one size fits all method to therapy and that each relationship should be tailored in a unique way.

Life can often be unpredictable and leave us feeling lost or alone during the most difficult times, this is why my therapeutic style cultivates a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment, understanding when humor or a more serious approach is suitable for the relationship. Cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and traditional talk therapy are just a few of the evidence-based practices I utilize during sessions.

If you are interested in working with me, I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation in which you can learn more about me and my style of work, and we can discuss your goals and needs. Pacific MFT Network provides OUT OF NETWORK insurance claims to ensure quick reimbursement! I look forward to connecting with and supporting you throughout this journey!
