Clients often tell me they feel at ease because I’m warm, honest, and human. I show up with genuine curiosity and don’t shy away from naming what I notice, not to shame, but to illuminate what’s beneath the surface so you can better understand yourself and your connections with others. My goal is for therapy to feel like a grounded place where you can slow down, make sense of your story, and move forward with clarity, intention, and real agency.
I work with teens, young adults, and adults managing high-functioning anxiety, burnout, self-esteem struggles, boundary issues, spiritual longings, and significant life transitions. Many of you are hard-working, self-aware, and capable, yet feel stuck in old emotional or relational cycles. Together, we’ll explore the root of those cycles to understand what they’ve been protecting and the deeper needs they might be trying to meet.
My approach blends CBT with relational therapy and a mind-body-soul lens. We look at how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors connect, always with an eye toward the values and meaning that matter most to you. I offer both reflective insight and practical tools you can bring into your daily life. Real change is grounded, practical, and oriented toward your inner strength and your relationships with yourself and others.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent ten years in construction management. That experience taught me structure, problem-solving, and collaboration, skills I now bring into therapy to support clients in building internal foundations and designing their growth.
I deeply believe in each person’s capacity to heal and evolve. Change is possible, and it starts with a single conversation. Reach out and let’s see how we can work together.
