I believe that healing happens in relationship and growth begins with simple curiosity. We grow in the direction that we inquire about, and I strive to create a space where you feel safe to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Whether you're healing from trauma, managing anxiety or depression, navigating the complexities of ADHD, or transitioning into a new chapter of life, or simply seeking deeper connection in your relationships, the journey starts with fostering radical acceptance of where we are. Together, we will identify constraints and build on your strengths to allow your unique vitality and purpose to unfold.

Athletes and first responders retire from their first passion earlier than most, facing unique transition challenges. As a former USA rugby player, I understand the profound sense of loss and uncertainty this creates. My organizational development background is an additional tool to help you integrate personal growth with a desired future.

My practice is particularly welcoming to the queer and trans, NB, & GNC community and those navigating cross-cultural experiences. If you're ready to start your journey towards clarity and meaningful change, let's connect. Call or email me to schedule an initial consultation, and we'll explore how I can support you in achieving your goals.
