Adelaide Jane Rowe

California Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist #132586

California Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor #13467

Successfully managing through college and early adulthood can be challenging, especially during a pandemic. Many of my clients find themselves sacrificing mental health for academic and career success or have difficulties with motivation, confidence, and relationships. While stress is a normal and expected part of life, I help my clients manage anxiety without feeling hopeless, overwhelmed, or alone. I also support the building of communication skills and boundary setting to better navigate and nurture important relationships with family, friends, and romantic partners.

Providing an environment of compassion, non-judgment, and humor to create a genuine and trusting relationship is incredibly important to me. Through use of a Cognitive-Behavioral framework, I guide clients through the process of building new skills to achieve desired goals and make choices that are more in line with their own personal values.
