CA Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor #13467
WA Licensed Mental Health Counselor #1475713
Licensed in CA and WA states - Successfully managing through high school, college, and early adulthood can be challenging. Many of my clients find themselves sacrificing mental health for academic and career success or have difficulties with motivation, confidence, and relationships. While stress is a normal and expected part of life, I help my clients manage anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) without feeling hopeless, overwhelmed, or alone.
I strive to provide an environment of compassion, non-judgment, and humor to create genuine and trusting relationships with all clients. I have a passion for working with LGBTQ+ teens and adults, and I love helping clients learn about themselves and deepen their sense of identity. I enjoy helping with communication skills and boundary-setting to better navigate and nurture important relationships with family, friends, and romantic partners.
I support clients with OCD through use of Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP). I have found it helpful to balance meeting clients where they are and gently challenging clients to push themselves to meet their goals and make choices that are more in line with their personal values.
