Associate Marriage & Family Therapist #127053
Under the Supervision of Kristina Mazic LMFT #49314
Do you find yourself feeling stuck in certain patterns, clouded by emotions that are difficult to understand? Are you hoping to gain insight on how your past experiences influence the present? Maybe you are looking for practical coping skills to manage the challenges that come with day-to-day life? Whatever it may be that brought you into therapy, my number one priority is ensuring that you feel safe, supported, and validated.
Previous clients have shared that they appreciate my warmth and acceptance, allowing for us to build a trusting and secure relationship. It is my belief that therapy should be collaborative, and that you are the expert of your own life. You get to decide how our time is spent, and together we can explore how to move forward for you to gain the most out of this experience.
My therapeutic style is eclectic, ultimately adjusting to your own unique needs and wants, incorporating techniques that fit you best. I mainly pull from Person-Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Putting aside the therapist lingo, my role at the end of the day is to gently guide you, be with you, and bear witness to your process. Please feel free to email or call me for a free 30-minute consultation, so you can get a better feel of how we would work together.
