Dealing with various types of trauma and the ways in which it can impact our daily lives can be challenging. I am here to help you understand that your trauma does not define you, your trauma reactions are valid and I’d like to support you in the development of healthy coping skills. This will allow you the freedom to transcend beyond traumatic experiences, forging a new path toward growth, healing, recovery and wellness. I can help you navigate and cope with addiction/substance use, PTSD, depression, anxiety, life transitions, identity related issues, and family/interpersonal relationships.

I focus on personal empowerment by providing a safe, nonjudgmental space where I can assist clients in building a stronger, healthier, more compassionate foundation with self. I utilize trauma-informed, eclectic, creative and strengths-based approaches to treatment such as Mindfulness, CBT, somatic strategies, and harm reduction. My treatment approach is holistic, as I aim to help clients understand healing through the perspective of mind, body, and spirit. I enjoy working with women/women's issues, the LGBTQIA community, adults/young adults, artists/creatives/dancers, and those who identify with alternative lifestyles are all welcome to my practice.

If you are seeking an empathetic therapist who will support you in feeling safe, seen, and heard, then I encourage you to schedule a complimentary 15 minute phone consultation. I meet with clients on weekdays, with some evening availability, as needed. I am actively licensed in both CA and NY and able to meet with clients in either state. I look forward to the possibility of working with you!
