COURTNEY BALDWIN

CA Associate Clinical Social Worker #104578

Under the Supervision of Amber Keating LCSW #22838

Many of my adult and teen clients feel as though they're not enough, struggling with self-worth, and wondering how to break free from behaviors like overworking, people-pleasing or making decisions they’re not proud of. If this is how you feel right now, please know that you're not alone.

Psychological distress can fracture your connection with yourself, which may leave you feeling adrift in your relationships and your purpose in life. It can also create physical and mental health symptoms that are confusing and perhaps uncomfortable. While this may be your current experience, there is hope; I’m here to support you on this path to healing. My mission is to help you rebuild the most important relationship you'll ever have—the one with yourself. As we work to mend this vital connection, you'll find yourself naturally reconnecting with your community, too. Together, we'll work towards a place where you not only believe you deserve to care for yourself, but you become an expert at modeling for others the type of love and care you deserve.

I take a holistic approach to healing, combining the power of mind and body. In our work together, you are the guide. I operate from a client-centered perspective, recognizing that each person is the expert in their own experience. Thus, I won't dictate what you should do; instead, I'll assist you in unraveling and processing your past experiences, providing you with the tools to navigate your present with greater ease.

If you're ready to make the next move towards healing and self-discovery, I'm here to support you. Know that in this process of searching for a therapist, you’re already taking action to care for yourself and I want to recognize that. I am currently accepting new clients and would be happy to set up a complimentary 15 minute consultation call to see if we are a good fit. I work on weekdays and I offer some early morning, lunchtime and late afternoon/evening appointments to fit your schedule. Pacific MFT Network is considered out-of-network, however, we provide a unique concierge billing service in which we verify your benefits and file insurance claims for you. I look forward to connecting with you!
