I view therapy as a collaborative process in which I invite you to tune in to your own inner guidance systems; connecting to your truth, strength, and power.   You may question whether these internal resources exist; they do.  Together, we can identify and illuminate the underlying causes of many unwanted behavior patterns and self-limiting beliefs. We’ll explore tools and practices to navigate difficult emotions, remove blocks and empower you to move through life’s challenges like a warrior.   Because therapy is not a one size fits all experience, sessions, and treatment goals are tailored to meet your specific needs and desires for positive growth and transformation.

My therapeutic style is heart-centered, open-minded, and unconditional acceptance.  I integrate IFS, EMDR, mind-body techniques, eastern practices, traditional talk therapy and often humor. Specializations include complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, relationships/dating, career, life transitions, childhood and sexual trauma.  I enjoy working with adults, young women, creative individuals and college students.
