As a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I embrace success in working with clients by utilizing integrative forms of psychotherapy that harmonize well to their specific needs, motivation, and treatment goals.  My active engagement encompasses Emotion Regulation Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, mindfulness and meditation interventions. 

 

My dedication to my clients comes from a well deep with purpose. I enjoy working with clients from children, adolescents, and teens, older adults, and those who are moving through life transitions, divorce, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, multicultural contentions, and trauma. By providing a strong therapeutic alliance built upon a solid foundation of trust, respect, safety, awareness, and empathy together we can empower change.
