LEA CARRANZA

Associate Marriage & Family Therapist # 135269

Supervised by Darcy Manav# 114368

I believe that everything you could need is within yourself.  My goal is to thoughtfully hold up the mirror that allows you to see the most authentic parts of yourself in a supportive and challenging way. I intend on working with you to build up your self-awareness and in doing so, you will be able to step into the best version of yourself. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, panic, depression, past trauma, difficult adjustment, or other concerns causing distress, I want to support you. Together, we can address what is under the surface so that you can trust yourself again.

Integrative therapy is my foundation, which means I tend to utilize a wide range of perspectives unique to your needs. I am passionate about viewing you as a holistic and ever-evolving individual. This way, we are able to utilize an array of modalities such as DBT, CBT, mindfulness and other areas to best support you. I enjoy exploring mind-body techniques and breathwork to connect the disconnected. My approach is eclectic and non-traditional. I respect your individuality and value talk therapy while we explore your experiences in an intentional yet personable way.

My clients value my warmth, humor and genuine contribution to our work. I have the utmost faith in my client’s process-even when they may not. I have successfully treated a wide range of individuals, couples and families. I especially enjoy creatively collaborating with caretakers and empaths.

You’ve completed the first and hardest step in your journey toward your best self. Beautiful! I encourage you to trust yourself while locating a therapist that makes you feel seen, heard, and valued. If you’re still with me, I would love the opportunity to speak with you over a complimentary 15-minute consultation call to ensure we are a good match. Our office is Out-of-Network with insurance, however, we offer a special concierge service in which we will file all claims for you so you don’t have to. I’m looking forward to hearing from you!
