Ready to take charge of your mental health and own your story? Let's do this! As a therapist (and a human being!), I get that life can be overwhelming. Whether it's battling anxiety, depression, surviving tough times, or just trying to figure out what the heck you're doing with your life—I'm here to support you.

In our sessions, we'll keep it real. My vibe is all about creating a compassionate and judgment-free zone where you can be your authentic self; just a chill space to talk it out and work towards a life that feels more “you”.

My clients are typically high-achieving, navigating life transitions, or may be feeling like something is “missing” in their life. My approach to therapy is rooted in an eclectic, values-based, and trauma informed perspective. I utilize EMDR, DBT, CBT, mindfulness, parts-work, and strengths-based approaches. From the beginning, I strive to understand where you’re coming from and meet you where you are in your journey. During our time together, we’ll focus on utilizing your own experiences to inform therapeutic goals and discover your inner strengths.

I offer in-person, virtual, or hybrid sessions, Monday-Friday, with late afternoon/evening appointments available to support your lifestyle. Our office is out of network with insurance, but we offer a unique Concierge Billing Service where we verify your insurance benefits & file your out of network claims for you, so you don’t have to! When you’re ready, I’d be honored to work with you!
