Feeling overwhelmed and stuck are challenges that can leave you feeling frustrated, lost, and alone. As a therapist, I understand the pressure to conform to societal expectations can make you feel unhappy and dissatisfied with your current situation. My intention is to help you gain the confidence to take purposeful steps towards your goals while staying true to your values. I can help you to navigate work-life balance, a new career change, dating, finding your core friend group, and provide coping skills to support you through life’s ups and downs. Together, we’ll create a safe space where you feel comfortable to explore areas that may be causing distress or difficulty.

My approach to therapy is rooted in an eclectic, strengths-based, and trauma informed perspective. I practice DBT, CBT, PBT, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy. My clients often describe our work together as engaging, collaborative, fun, and safe. From the beginning, I strive to understand where you’re coming from and meet you where you are in your healing journey. During our work, we’ll focus on utilizing your own experiences to inform the goals of therapy and discover your inner strengths.

I focus on creating a trusting environment where you can explore your feelings and move through difficult moments of doubt and uncertainty. When you’re ready, I’d be honored to work with you.
