Under the Supervision of Darcy Manav, LMFT #114368

When life’s surprises arise, I work with you to achieve your fullest potential. I help you come up with practical solutions and deepen insight to help improve you and your loved ones’ lives through my curious disposition. My compassionate nature creates a warm and non-judgmental space to process trauma, parenting difficulties, daily challenges, and cultural issues. I believe that everyone’s lived experience is unique and is worthy to be understood. In sessions with me, my clients feel seen and understood by me. I work with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds to help overcome their past or present obstacles.

You choose your journey. My role is to help you stop the maladaptive behaviors that make life challenging.  We do this collaboratively to find what fits your life and what doesn't. I work by using the best treatment modalities, which are tailored for you. I use CBT, mindfulness, and humanistic approaches while being culturally sensitive and trauma informed.
