As a lawyer-turned-social worker, I know the power of a good question. I am passionate about helping clients with sleep, anxiety, panic, and difficulties managing high-intensity careers. My clients share that I have been tremendously supportive in helping them work through these challenges, in addition to moving through grief and loss. Whether it be the loss of a loved one, a career, or way of life, I can be a strong partner, even in working through all of the inevitable transitions required of the pandemic.

My clients tell me that my collaborative approach is tailored and helps them find their own answers in a supportive space. By balancing deeper insight-oriented work with practical solutions, clients make both immediate and long-term changes to improve their quality of life. During sessions, clients enjoy my use of humor to feel comfortable and heard. My approach is supportive, warm, and casual, while staying focused to move forward in treatment. Clients report leaving sessions feeling “hopeful” and “empowered” or even “ready for positive change.” I work with teens and adults in both English and Spanish.
