Are you struggling with body image, self-esteem, or disordered eating habits? Do you feel pressure to meet the expectations of others, perform perfectly, or seek constant approval? It’s exhausting isn’t it? If you're ready to understand the root cause of your behaviors and start living a more balanced and peaceful life, I'm here to support you. I aim to help clients recognize patterns that may be triggering feelings of shame or anxiety and guide them in making changes aligned with their goals. Change is possible with the right tools, you just have to get started!

I’m guessing that a lot of your thoughts start with “What if…” or “If I could just.” These thoughts probably lead you down a path of the worst-case scenario or a need for absolute control. Together, we will explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to discover ways to adjust and lead a more fulfilling life. We will collaborate to find sustainable solutions that resonate with you by utilizing your strengths and leaning on your value system. I use a combination of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), to create a customized treatment plan that meets my client's individual needs. Clients have expressed that my compassionate yet straightforward communication style offers fresh perspectives. Helping individuals achieve freedom from a lifetime of restrictions and obsessions brings me enormous joy and satisfaction.

I offer virtual sessions in English, Spanish, and French across California. Contact me to arrange a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to see if we are a good match. While we do not work with insurance directly, we offer a concierge billing service to handle claims on your behalf.
