I specialize in anxiety, relationship issues, parenting, PTSD, ADHD, and therapeutic aspects of medication management. I am passionate about helping others take the steps to nurture the important relationships in their lives and help them look inward to achieve personal growth and awareness. As someone with more than ten years of experience working in the mental health field, I understand the ups and downs that life presents. My approach to therapy includes creating a safe, socially-considerate, nonjudgmental space to help my clients feel supported. I collaborate with them to set goals, contemplate alternative perspectives, and develop new skills. My style is curious, warm, and empathetic while balancing accountability with validation.

I am currently accepting clients both in person or via Telehealth. Our office is out-of-network with PPO insurance plans, however, we provide a unique concierge billing service. Depending on your insurance plan, you may be reimbursed directly from your insurance company. My team and I handle all of the claims and follow up with any issues so that you don’t have to!
