Your life is not a problem to be solved. Rather, it’s a journey I hope to give you the courage to compassionately face and savor. My hope in our collaboration is to help you achieve greater psychological flexibility. I have had success working with creative people looking to heal their wounds without losing the edge that fuels creativity. I help people navigate depression, anxiety, relational issues, life transitions, men’s issues, artists struggling to find their creative voice, social anxiety, and self-acceptance. I work from an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy framework, which works across a wide variety of issues and concerns.

My clients find the ability to unearth and heal from their past wounds in a way that allows them to find new meanings and possibilities in their relationships - both with themselves and with others. Self-compassion is a vital skill I model and teach within my client’s healing process.

You can expect me to be engaged and collaborative with you in session. I use an eclectic, strength-based approach and find myself to be of most help when I can make space for safety, lightness, and trust in therapy. I’ve been told that I’m warm, funny, and gentle by clients. I primarily work with teens, young adults, and adults.

I am seeing clients both virtually and in-person.
Our office is out-of-network with insurance (PPO plans), but we will file claims for your reimbursement so you don't have to. Curious? Save time and book a free consultation slot that works with your schedule: calendar.app.google/qfwhBRoKwMovGrhdA
