MASKS ~ A Therapeutic Art & Play Activity Parents Can Do With Kids!

by Karen Clay, AMFT

Parents can ask their kid(s) to make two collages (masks) out of old magazines. One mask represents the "Outside mask" on how they feel/think the world sees them; the other mask - the "Inside Mask" is how they feel/see themselves. This activity helps gain insight into how the child feels/thinks about themselves and the world around them.
