Her training includes EMDR, Brainspotting, NeuroAffective Touch, TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other trauma-informed modalities. Together, these approaches help clients regulate their nervous system, process difficult experiences, and create meaningful, lasting change.

As a native Portuguese speaker, Cibele is passionate about serving multicultural communities and providing therapy in both English and Portuguese.
