Meet Tram Nguyen Khatibi, AMFT

At Pacific Marriage & Family Therapy Network, we believe meaningful change begins with feeling genuinely understood. That's exactly what clients experience with Tram Nguyen Khatibi, AMFT.

Tram creates a warm, authentic, and thoughtful therapeutic space where clients can slow down, gain insight into longstanding patterns, and build a life that feels more aligned with their values. Her approach is compassionate, direct, and practical—helping clients move beyond simply understanding their challenges to creating lasting, meaningful change.

Areas of Specialization

Tram works with teens, young adults, adults, and couples experiencing:

  • High-functioning anxiety and burnout

  • Life transitions and "adulting"

  • Values, meaning, and spiritual exploration

  • Boundary setting and relational patterns

  • Couples and relationship concerns

  • Personal growth and self-discovery

  • Self-esteem and identity development

  • Stress management and emotional wellness

A Unique Perspective

Before becoming a therapist, Tram spent a decade in construction management. That experience shaped her collaborative, solution-focused style and her belief that strong foundations matter—whether building structures or helping people create healthier emotional lives.

She combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), relational therapy, and a holistic mind-body-spirit perspective to help clients understand the deeper purpose behind emotional patterns while developing practical tools they can use every day.

What Clients Can Expect

Clients often describe Tram as warm, genuine, and easy to talk to. She creates an environment where curiosity replaces judgment and where therapy becomes a place to explore difficult questions with honesty and compassion.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, burnout, or searching for greater purpose, Tram helps clients reconnect with themselves and move forward with confidence and intention.
