I love supporting women through their fight against breast cancer. I have knowledge and experience with working with women in all stages of their cancer treatment, from newly receiving their diagnosis to transitioning out of treatment and back into their lives again. I work hard to provide my clients with the space they need to process all aspects of their cancer treatment. It is important to me that my clients feel safe and comfortable to share how they feel in an unfiltered and honest way. My clients have described my sessions as “supportive” and “calming” and find themselves leaning on our sessions to help get them through doctor’s appointments, medical scans, and procedures.

I’m especially passionate about working with women who have overcome breast cancer and are transitioning out of treatment, in search of their new “normal.” I love helping women create a new life for themselves after undergoing something life-changing like cancer. I enjoy helping clients establish their own personal goals, navigate through barriers, and reconnect them with their values.

I am an interactive, collaborative, and conversational therapist. I adjust my approach to fit my client’s needs, but often I find that gaining self-compassion and insight gets the best results. My client’s enjoy learning new and effective anxiety and stress management techniques that support them through different challenges they may be facing. I work hard to deeply understand my clients so that my support can be most effective and personalized. My clients often enjoy their progress and the connection we build in sessions together. The understanding and trust we develop over time deepens our work and adds to continued success. I am accepting new clients and would love to schedule a consultation call with you to find if we’d be a good fit. Feel free to reach out via email, text, or phone to schedule with me!
