What is Your Attachment Style?

Attachment style describes how you connect and interact with others. Our brains create a sense of “security” or “insecurity” through touch, attention, and predictable soothing from our caretakers. As adults, attachment style informs the connection we seek out and how we react or respond within those relationships.

Our therapist, Jacob Kajiwara, can help you create an attachment style that works for you.
